We manually review every player recording to make sure that you only get videos that are free of technical problems and have great audio quality. Our quality check is limited to technical factors — we will not hold back recordings of players who aren't enjoying your game.

Our project management team reads all of the special requests that come in when a game is delivered to us to be tested. They also often reach out to the studios to create a clear and meaningful dialogue in order to make sure your playtest will fit your needs exactly as you need them to. 

If you don‘t like any of the videos or responses for whatever reason you can choose between a replacement video or a refund for that particular video.
